4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital and consultative services, all purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

All content, frameworks, templates, training materials, and proprietary workflows are the sole property of Vision Venture AI. Reproduction or unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms or unlawful behavior.

Vision Venture AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if informed of the possibility. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or revenue, as results vary by user implementation.
